Donation & Refund Policy
Items on Trezow are always free — there are no purchases and no payments between users. The only money that moves is an optional donation to the platform.

No payments between users
Because every item is given away for ₹0, there are no orders, no purchases, and therefore nothing to refund between a giver and a receiver. If anyone asks you to pay for an item, please report it.
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions that help keep Trezow free for everyone. They are processed securely by Razorpay. A successful donation grants a Supporter badge on your profile.
Refunds on donations
As donations are voluntary gifts to the platform (not payment for goods or services), they are generally non-refundable. We understand mistakes happen — if you donated in error, made a duplicate donation, or believe there was an unauthorised charge, email support@trezow.in within 7 days with your donation details. We’ll review it in good faith, and any approved refund is returned to your original payment method via Razorpay (typically within 5–7 business days).
