Be genuine

Give things you truly no longer need, request things you’ll actually use, and describe items honestly. No fake listings or resale scouting.

Keep it free — always

Never ask for or offer money, swaps, or any consideration for an item. Reselling items you received free, or using Trezow to source stock, is not allowed.

Meet safely

• Prefer a public, well-lit spot for handover, or a busy doorstep.
• Tell a friend where you’re going and when.
• Use in-app chat to arrange details — you don’t have to share your number.
• Trust your instincts; if something feels off, cancel and report.

Prohibited items

Please don’t list:

• Weapons, ammunition, or anything designed to harm.
• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or recalled goods.
• Hazardous materials, medicines, or anything unsafe to hand over.
• Living animals.
• Adult or explicit content.
• Anything you don’t have the right to give away.

Be respectful

Communicate kindly, show up when you commit, and cancel promptly if plans change so the item can go to someone else. Harassment, hate, or spam has no place here.

Report & block

See something that breaks these guidelines? Use Report on any listing, or Block a user to hide each other’s content. Our team reviews reports and can hide items or ban accounts. When in doubt, contact us.
