Delete your Trezow account
You can deactivate or delete your Trezow account at any time, from the app or from the website. If you do nothing else, it is permanently deleted 30 days later.

How to delete your account
In the Trezow app: open the Profile tab, tap Deactivate or delete account and confirm.
On the website: sign in, scroll to the bottom of your account page, open Deactivate or delete my account and confirm.
Can’t sign in? Email support@trezow.com from the address on your account and we will start the deletion for you.
What happens next
- You are signed out everywhere straight away. Your profile and your live listings are hidden, and your open requests are cancelled.
- For 30 days nothing is erased. Change your mind? Just sign in again and your account and listings come back.
- If you do not sign in within 30 days, your account is permanently deleted: your name, email address, phone number, address, location, photo and bio are erased and cannot be recovered.
What is removed and what is kept
Removed: your name, email, phone, address, location, profile photo, bio and username, your notifications, and the text of messages, ratings and thank-you notes you wrote (replaced with “[deleted]” or blank).
Kept: items you gave away and the other person’s conversation history stay for them, but show you as “Deleted user”, with nothing that identifies you. Records we must keep by law (for example contribution receipts) are retained for the period the law requires.
